Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Uri Shay currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of EnsureDR. He has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of technology management, marketing, sales and business development.
Uri’s unique leadership capabilities, entrepreneurial spirit and unique insights into the enterprise software industry have spearheaded the success of EnsureDR in the international market.
Prior to EnsureDR, Uri successfully launched the DoubleTake business continuity offering (now Carbonite) in the EMEA region and reached revenue targets of over $1 million USD within the first year.
He holds undergraduate degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Erez Paz
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Erez Paz currently serves as CTO of EnsureDR. He has more than 15 years of experience in software development, particularly in disaster recovery.
Erez is the main technology lead in the conceptualization, design and development of the EnsureDR software platform.
Erez is a thought leader with vast experience and expertise in IT disaster recovery and business continuity. He has written extensively on the subject publishing both white papers as well as blogs on best practices in the field.
Prior to EnsureDR, Erez has held positions in software development and IT professional services in different companies such as Microsoft.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science from Derby, UK.
